Itineraries and digital content are available to access straightaway upon payment, when logged into your account. Please click on the account icon (a line drawing of a person) at the top of the page. If you cannot access any content that you believe you should be able to access, please contact us.

 

PHYSICAL GOODS & PRE-ORDERS

Our Souvenir features limited edition products, made in collaboration with a local artisan in a specific destination. We will take pre-orders for these products to avoid wastage, which means that the item will not be ready to ship straightaway. It may take several weeks for the product to be handmade. You'll receive an email upon order with an approximate idea of how long it will take. When the goods have been made, we'll email again to update you on timings. When the goods have reached us we aim to post them out within 5 business days. You'll receive an email when your order has been shipped. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to fast track shipping for you if we can.
